    Fish-Seafood: Crab Cakes with Mustard Sauce *

    These crab cakes taste great and I absolutely love his mustard sauce -- wonderful with seafood

    List of Ingredients

    2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 pound crab, cooked
    1/2 cup unsalted cracker crumbs
    2 eggs beaten

    Recipe

    Mix parsley, mustard, Worcestershire, eggs and mayo together. Add crab and crumbs, and season with salt and pepper. Divide mix into 8 cakes and dredge in flour. Pan fry on both sides with a bit of butter. Sauce: 3 1/2 tsp dry mustard, 1 tsp A-1 sauce, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1/8 c. light cream, 2 tsp Worcestershire, 1/8 tsp salt. Beat mustard and mayo together for a minute. Add rest of ingredients and beat til creamy. Chill.
