Recipe Introduction

This comes from my mother-in-law. It's simple, tasty, and good for a quick dessert without a lot of fuss.

List of Ingredients

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cup oil
2 cups cold water
1 teaspoon instant coffee



Recipe

Combine all but 1 cup cold water and mix well. Add remaining water, do not overbeat. Bake at 350¼F for 35-40 minutes in a 9x13 pan. Is good served unfrosted.
