    Meats: Hamburger Gravy *

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 tbl flour -- (3 to 4)
    2 beef bouillon cubes (optional)
    salt, pepper, seasonings
    2 cups milk or more


    Recipe

    Brown the hamburger. Drain most of grease out (leaving about 2-4 tbl) and add in garlic; saute until lightly cooked. Sprinkle flour over meat and mix well. Saute until flour is browned then slowly add milk or half and half (can add more as needed). Simmer until thickened, then season to taste; can add salt, pepper, crushed bouillon cubes, etc to your taste. Serve over mashed potatoes, toast or biscuits.
