This one is my husband's baby. He doesn't believe in measuring, and cooks by feel or what "looks good". I'd suggest adding in the seasonings and amounts that are comfortable for your taste, and then create a little meatball of the seasoned beef -- cook in a skillet until done and taste to test for seasonings.We love this the night it's made.. is also fantastic sliced thin and made into sandwiches.
List of Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons olive oil
liquid smoke flavoring
parsley flakes
salt and black pepper
white pepper
garlic
minced onion
onion powder
ground mustard
crushed red pepper
1 package crushed oyster crackers
brown sugar
GLAZE:
ketchup
teriyaki sauce
brown sugar
honey
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350¼F. Combine meat with wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients together and mix well with meat mixture. Shape into loaf and place in corningware casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour. Mix and then spread glaze over top and sides of meatloaf. Continue baking until cooked through.
