List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water
2/3 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Recipe
Microwave: Combine all in 4 cup glass measure. Stir thoroughly. Cook on high 3-4 minutes, depending on consistency desired. Watch carefully as will have tendency to boil over. (also good with chopped dates or raisins added).
