List of Ingredients

1 package top sirloin
4 tbl. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbl. butter
1 cup mushrooms, sliced (fresh)
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup catsp
1 can beef consomme
1 cup sour cream
cooked thin egg noodles


Recipe

Cut sirloin into thin strips. Roll in a mixture of 1 tbl. flour and salt. Brown quickly in 2 tbl. of melted butter. Remove meat. Brown onion, mushroom and garlic. Remove all from the pan. Melt 2 tbl. butter in pan; blend in 3 tbl. flour and catsup. Slowly add consomme; thicken. Add sour cream and the meat mixture. Serve over noodles. Serves 4.
