Pies: Rosie's Pumpkin Pie *

1 precooked pie crust
1 can pumpkin
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup + 3 tbl. dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
3 tablespoons molasses
3 large eggs
Recipe
Place pumpkin, brown sugar, and spices in bowl; whisk to blend. Add molasses, milk and eggs, stirring vigorously until smooth. Pour filling into crust and cover edges of crust with foil. Bake at 375ºF for about 1 hour, until top is shiny and set, and tester comes out clean. Remove pie and foil; cool on a rack.
