Pasta: Shallot Cream Pasta Sauce

2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup parmesan cheese -- grated
2 teaspoons shallot -- minced
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup light cream
1/2 cup mushroom -- sliced
Recipe
Saute shallots in butter, then add mushrooms and wine; cook gently for a few minutes. Add cream and cook to heat. Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Add cheese and serve over pasta. Good over filled pastas, served with tossed salad and french bread.
