    3/4 cup chopped peeled apples
    1 tablespoon water
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup sour cream
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

    Recipe



    Combine apple and water in small saucepan. Cover and cook on stovetop or microwave until water boils. Stir in rest of topping ingredients; cook until sugar melts, stirring once. Let cool slightly; serve warm over ice cream. serves 4.
