Baked Rhubarb

2 cups finely diced rhubarb
2 cups firmly packed fresh breadcrumbs torn by hand, or
3 1/2 cups loosely packed fresh breadcrumbs torn by hand
1 cup granulated white sugar
1/2 cup butter meltedRecipe
Preheat the oven to 300�F. Mix the first 3 ingredients. Add the melted butter. Spread in a baking pan. Bake for 35 - 45 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
