    8 bananas
    2 cups creme fraiche
    sugar in the raw for sprinkling

    Recipe



    Peel and cut bananas into 1/4-inch slices on the bias. Place into a bowl. Spoon creme fraiche over the bananas and sprinkle with sugar.
