Berries with Amaretto Cream

1/2 c Low-Fat Sour Cream
2 tb Powdered Sugar
2 tb Amaretto
-----BERRIES-----
1 c Sliced Strawberries
1 c Blueberries
COOK'S NOTES: Choose blueberries that are firm, uniform in size and indigo blue with a silvery frost. Berries shouldn't be washed until you are ready to use them.Recipe
In a small bowl, combine amaretto cream ingredients; beat with wire whisk until well blended. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate1 hour to blend flavors. To serve, spoon berries into 4 individual serving bowls; top with amaretto cream. Serves 4.
