Blueberry Crisp

List of Ingredients
3 cups fresh blueberries or 16 oz frozen (don't thaw)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup butter, softened
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
vanilla ice cream or whipping cream Recipe
Note: Can substitute any berries for this recipe. Heat oven to 375¼F. Place berries in square 8x8 ungreased baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix remaining ingredients except ice cream or whipping cream; sprinkle over berries. Bake about 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve warm with whipping cream. Serves 6.
