Blueberry Crumble

5 cups blueberries
1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest
8 ounces sour cream
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Place blueberries in crust, set aside. Mix together brown sugar, flour, vanilla, lemon zest, and sour cream, spread over blueberries. Mix breadcrumbs, granulated sugar, and butter, sprinkle over sour cream mixture. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes or until set.
