Cherry Chocolate Parfait

List of Ingredients
1 package chocolate cook and serve jello
1 package cherry sugar free jello
1 1/2 cups water
1 can tart red cherries pack in water, undrained
1 teaspoon brandy extract
1 package instant chocolate pudding
2/3 cup nonfat milk powder
3/4 cup cool whip
1/4 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips Recipe
In medium saucepan combine dry cook and serve pudding, dry jello and 1/2 c. water. Stir in undrained cherries. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, til mix thickens and starts to boil, being careful not to crush the cherries. Remove from heat. Stir in brandy. Place pan on wire rack and allow to cool completely, about 20 minutes. In large bowl, combine dry instant pudding, milk powder and remaining 1 cup water. Mix well using wire whisk. Blend in full 1/3 c. cool whip; add cooled cherry mixture, stir to combine. For each parfait, spoon 1/3 c. pudding mix into glass; sprinkle 1 Tbl. cracker crumbs on top, then spoon in 1/4 c. pudding mix. Garish with 1 Tbl. cool whip, top with chocolate chips. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
