1 cup Quick-cooking oats
1 cup Flour
3/4 cup Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Butter or margarine
1 can Cherry pie filling, (22 ounce)
Vanilla ice cream, optional Recipe
Combine oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon in mixing bowl. Cut in butter with fork until particles are fine. Spread half the oat mixture in a 9 inch square baking pan. Cover with cherry filling and sprinkle with remaining oat mixture. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 40 minutes. Serve slightly warm topped with ice cream if desired.
