21 ounces apple pie filling
1 16 ounce can pumpkin
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup gingersnap crumbs (18 cookies)
2 tablespoons butter, melted Recipe
Preheat oven to 400¼F. Spoon apple filling into 8 to 10 custard cups. In a large mixer bowl, beat pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; spoon over apple filling. Combine gingersnap crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle crumbs over pumpkin mixture. Place cups on 15x10-inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350¼F; bake 15 minutes more or until set. Cool. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
