Kahlua-Glazed Bananas

4 small firm ripe bananas peeled (1-1/4 pounds)
1 cup water
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons reduced-calorie stick margarine
1/4 cup Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur
1 1/3 cups vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt Recipe
Cut each banana in half crosswise, and cut each piece in half lengthwise. Set banana pieces aside. Bring water to a boil in a large nonstick skillet. Add the coffee granules, brown sugar, and margarine; reduce heat to medium, and cook until sugar dissolves, stirring frequently. Add banana pieces; cook 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from heat, and stir in Kahlua. Yield: 4 servings
