juice of 1 lemon
8 peaches
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
Whipped cream Recipe
Preheat oven to 375¼F. Place peach slices in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg. In bowl, mix together flour and brown sugar. Using your fingers, work butter into flour mixture. Until crumbly. Add oats. Stir to mix. Sprinkle mixture on top of peaches. Bake until fruit is soft and topping golden brown. Delicious served warm with whipped cream! Approximately 10-15 minutes.
