Peach and Strawberry Crisp

6 cups fresh peaches, peel and slice
3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup frozen unswt apple juice concentrate, thaw
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup granola Recipe
Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently to coat. Spread mixture into a 7"x11" baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick vegetable coating . Combine apple juice concentrate and almond extract; pour over the top the peach and strawberry mixture. Sprinkle the granola evenly over the top of the fruit. Bake at 375¼F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Yield: 8 servings
