    List of Ingredients




    1 cup oatmeal
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup flour
    3/4 cup butter
    4 cups diced rhubarb
    1 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1 cup water
    1 teaspoon almond extract
    1 can cherry pie filling
    chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Combine oatmeal, brown sugar, salt and flour. Cut in butter and mix by hand until crumbly. Press into bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan. Reserve 1 c. for topping. Spread rhubarb over crust. Combine white sugar and cornstarch. Add water, flavoring and pie filling, mixing until smooth. Pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle with reserved topping and nuts. Bake at 350¼F for 45 minutes. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
