Royal Rhubarb & Strawberry Compote

1 bag frozen rhubarb (20 oz)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
12 ounces frozen strawberries Recipe
In a saucepan, simmer all but strawberries until the rhubarb is tender, but not mushy, about 10 minutes. Add the strawberries, and simmer compote for 2 minutes. Serves 8-10.
