    6 ounces vanilla bean ice cream, softened
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 cup sweetened whipped cream
    rum
    2 cups rinsed, hulled strawberries

    Recipe



    Mix ice cream, sour cream and whipped cream together and slowly add alcohol to taste, adjusting flavoring to your liking. Divide berries between two glasses and spoon sweet cream mixture over. Garnish with mint and chocolate. Yield: 2 servings
