Strawberries and Dips

Make the dip as simple as confectioners' sugar. Or try one of these ideas. Each makes about 3/4 cup, enough to serve four. The recipes are good withother fruits, too, from apples to peaches to pears, bananas and kiwi.
HONEY ALMOND DIP
2/3 cup vanilla yogurt
3 Tablespoons toasted slivered almonds, finely chopped
2-1/2 Tablespoons honey
Whisk all ingredients until smooth.
STRAWBERRY CREAM DIP
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup strawberry preserves
Combine sour cream and preserves. Whisk until smooth.
LEMON-POPPYSEED DIP
2/3 cup sour cream
4 teaspoons honey
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon poppyseeds
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
Combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.
CHOCOLATE FUDGE DIP
6 Tablespoons plain yogurt
4 Tablespoons chocolate fudge sauce
1-1/2 teaspoons orange juice concentrate, thawed
Combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.
