3/4 cup very cold skim milk
1/2 cup fresh strawberries cut 1/2 inch pieces
sugar or sugar substitute to tasteRecipe
In medium bowl, with electric beater or hand blender, whip milk about 1 minute, or until triple in volume. Add strawberries and sugar. Whip another 30 seconds; pour into tall chilled glass.
