    Desserts: Cranberry Christmas Pudding & Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    PUDDING
    2 cup Cranberry 1 lb bag, washed
    1/2 cup Molasses
    2 tsp Soda dissolved in
    1/2 cup Water
    1 1/2 cup Flour
    ds Salt

    SAUCE
    1 cup Sugar
    1/2 cup Butter only, not margarine
    1/2 cup Whipping cream
    Vanilla

    Recipe

    Mix pudding in order given. Steam 2 1/2 hours.
    Mix sauce and simmer a few minutes.
    Serve warm over pudding
