1 cup butter, softened
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour


Recipe

Cream butter, cheese and sugar. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Mix in flour, then chill for 2 hours. Roll out and cut on flour-dusted countertop. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375ºF until lightly browned.
