    Desserts-Cake: Eggnog Rum Cake with Glaze

    List of Ingredients

    1 package yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1/2 cup light rum (or water)
    1 Tbsp. butter flavoring
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    1/2 cup oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg

    Recipe

    Combine above ingredients and beat 2 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Put 1/2 cup nuts in pan. Pour mix into pan. Please put Eggnog Rum Glaze on this cake.


    Eggnog Rum Glaze:
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. rum
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg

    Bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Pour over cake while cake is warm.
