Salad/Dressing: Fennel Apple Salad

List of Ingredients

3 cups Granny smith apples, julienned
3 cups red delicious apples, julienned
1 cup julienne cut fennel bulb
1/2 cup finely shredded carrot
1/2 cup thin sliced green onions
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
4 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt


Recipe

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well. Combine water, vinegar, oil, sugar and salt in a small bowl; stir with whisk until blended. Add to fennel mixture; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill. Serves 8.
