1 leg of ham
1 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup cloves (set aside)
Recipe
Place ham into a large baking dish and bake at 160ºF for 1/2-1 hour or until the rind can be easily pulled off without tearing. A small knife may aid in the removal. Discard skin. For the glaze, put combined ingredients into saucepan (except the cloves), stir over low heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Cut diamond shapes into surface of ham and place a clove into the centre of each diamond. Baste ham with the glaze. Bake at 200ºF for 40-60 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with glaze. Remove from oven. Serve hot or cold.
