Salad/Dressing: Festive Cranberry Mold

1/2 cup water
1 package (6 ounces) raspberry-flavored gelatin
1 can (8 ounces) cranberry sauce
1-2/3 cups cranberry juice cocktail
1 cup sliced bananas (optional)
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted (optional) Recipe
In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, bring water to a boil. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Fold in cranberry sauce. Reduce heat to medium and cook until sauce is melted. Stir in cranberry juice cocktail.
Refrigerate mixture until slightly thickened. Fold in banana slices and walnuts, if desired. Pour mixture into 4-cup mold; cover and refrigerate until gelatin is set.
