Stuffing: Ann's Turkey Dressing

List of Ingredients
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup butter (I use bacon fat and butter 1/4 cup each)
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
8 cups of dry bread crumbs ( I buy white stuffing bread and break or cut it into 1 inch cubes)
Recipe
1.. Cook celery, onion and poultry seasoning in the butter until vegetables are tender.
2.. Add the can of condensed soup.
3.. Mix lightly, adding the bread pieces.
This recipe makes about 4 cups of stuffing -- enough to stuff a 5-6 pound chicken. You'll need to double the recipe if you're planning to stuff a large turkey.
