    Breakfast: Apple Glazed Ham & Cheese Crescent Rolls

    List of Ingredients

    8 ounces refrigerated crescent rolls
    2 tablespoons honey mustard
    1/2 pound thin sliced cooked ham
    4 slices Swiss cheese, cut into strips
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 medium apple, peeled, chopped
    1 teaspoon brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup apple jelly

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 350ºF. Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. Press each to form a 6 inch square. Spread each square with mustard to within 1/4 inch of edges. Top with ham and cheese. Roll up and press to seal ends and seams. Place rolls seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 16-21 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Add apple; cook for 2 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add brown sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Stir in jelly until melted. Cook for 2 minutes or until bubbly, stirring occasionally. Serve apple mixture over rollups. Makes 4.
