    Appetizer: Bacon & Horseradish Dip

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup crisply cooked and crumbled bacon
    1 tablespoon horseradish
    1 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tablespoon chopped parsley

    Recipe

    In a blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth.  Chill for 1 hour. Serve with chips, crackers or vegetables. Makes 1 1/2 cups
