Breakfast: Bagel Brunch Bake

4 eggs
14 ounces chicken broth
1/4 cup thin sliced green onion
2 cloves minced garlic
3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed, crushed
4 onion bagels, split
7 ounces canned salmon or 1/2 lb. crabmeat
1 cup havarti cheese, shredded
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Beat together eggs and broth. Stir in onion, garlic and dill; set aside. Cut split bagels into 2 or three pieces. Place bottom halves of bagel pieces in a greased 2 quart baking dish, cut side up. Spoon fish and cheese onto bottoms. Stack bagel tops over filling. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.If prepared the night before, bake 45 minutes.
