Appetizer: Coconut Chutney Spread

List of Ingredients
24 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 t. curry powder
1 c. salted peanuts, finely chopped
1 c. raisins, chopped
Topping:
8 oz. jar chutney
1 c. flaked coconut
Recipe
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, chopped onion and curry powder. Mix thoroughly. Stir in peanuts and raisins. Lightly spray two 8 inch foil pie pans. Press cheese mixture into pans, wrap well with plastic wrap, then wrap in freezer paper. Place in freezer until ready to use or place in freezer till hard if using immediately. To unmold, bend sides of pans up and flip out on serving platter. Top with chutney and sprinkle with coconut.
