2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Heat oven to 475ºF. Beat egg whites until stiff. Slowly add sugar and the salt. Stir in nut meats, chocolate and vanilla. Cover cookie sheet with foil. Drop onto foil, then put in oven. Turn oven off and do not open until the next morning.
