Salad/Dressing: Fruit 'n' Cream Rice Salad

1 1/2 cups cold cooked rice
1/2 cup chopped fresh pear
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, drained, quartered
2 cups thawed cool whip
8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
Recipe
In large bowl, combine rice, pear, cherries and pineapple. Fold cool whip into rice mixture. cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serves 6.
