Bread-Muffins: Honey Cream Muffins

2 cups Flour
1 tb Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 Egg, beaten
1/3 cup Butter, melted
1 cup Light cream
1/2 cup Honey
1 cup Chopped dates (optional)
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 400¼F. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together. Stir in the egg, butter, cream and honey, just until moistened. Fold in dates if desired. Fill paper-lined muffin tins full, and bake approximately 20 minutes.
