ok, so it sounds a little strange.... this salad tastes amazing though -- great to take in to work for lunch, also good as a snack anytime.
List of Ingredients
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup plain or flavored yogurt
1 teaspoon coconut extract
2 cups fat free cottage cheese
1 cup crushed pineapple, packed in own juice -- drained
1 cup mandarin oranges -- rinsed and drained
1 cup cool whip
1 package orange jello (small size)
Recipe
In large bowl combine yogurt and dry milk powder. Stir in coconut extract and cottage cheese. Add pineapple, mandarin oranges, and cool whip. Sprinkle dry jello on top. Gently stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hrs.
