1 can whole water chestnuts
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
10 slices bacon, cut in half
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe
Wrap each water chestnut in half slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over bacon-wrapped water chestnuts and refrigerate several hours. Drain marinade. Cover with paper towel and cook on high 3 minutes; turn dish and cook 3 minutes more until done.
