Salad/Dressing: Marinated Cucumber Salad

List of Ingredients
12 Cucumbers peeled, thinly sliced
1 lg Onion thinly sliced
1 Green pepper seeded deribbed, thinly sliced
2 C. Vinegar
1 C. Sugar
1 T. Salt
1 1/2 t. Pepper
1 Garlic clove or more to taste, peeled and quartered Recipe
Spear the garlic pieces on toothpicks. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and marinate, covered in refrigerator for 3-7 days. Remove garlic before serving. Serves 12
