List of Ingredients
12-16 oz. marinated artichoke hearts with marinade
12-16 oz. canned or frozen artichoke hearts (canned, drain; frozen, squeeze out excess liquid after thawing in a tea towel)
16 oz. brie or camembert with rind, cut into 1" pieces
8-12 oz. creamRecipe
1. In Cuisinart ™ work bowl, combine all ingredients except cream.
2. Add cream until the contents of the work bowl are the thickness of a thick gravy.
3. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until it reaches a simmer
4. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350°F. for one hour.
This is very forgiving. If you’re busy with guests or other preparations, another half hour in the oven won’t hurt anything. Cover loosely with foil to avoid over browning.
