2 lbs. medium size potatoes
1 cup of oil
2 lemons
Oregano (rigani) to taste
Salt and pepper
Recipe
Wash the potatoes well and cut them lengthwise, place them in a roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, oregano and the juice of 2 lemons and mix them well. Add the oil and 3 cups of water. Roast in the oven for 60-80 minuntes until done.
