Cookies: Strawberry Cream Cookies

List of Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 egg yolk
2 1/2 cups flour
strawberry jam


Recipe

Note: have all ingredients at room temp. Cream together butte,r sugar and cream cheese. Add vanilla and egg yolk; mix. Add flour and blend. Chill dough until firm. Shape into 1" balls, and then press hole in center of each cookie - fill with 1/4 tsp of jam. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350ºF 10-12 minutes.
