    Desserts-Cheesecake: Ultimate Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients

    CRUST:
    1 cup flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon Kahlua
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 cup butter

    FILLING:
    2 1/2 pounds cream cheese
    1 3/4 cups sugar
    2 teaspoons grated orange peel
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla
    5 eggs + 2 yolks
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    3 tablespoons flour
    2 cups semisweet chocolate
    1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

    Recipe

    Blend cream cheese, sugar, orange peel, and vanilla. Beat in eggs and egg yolks one at a time. Beat in cream and flour. Divide mixture in half. Melt chocolate. Stir melted chocolate into 1/2 filling. Pour into crust. Pour other half over top and swirl chocolate batter through plain batter to marbleize. Bake at 500ºF for 10 minutes, then reduce to 250ºF and bake 1 hour more. Cool 2 hours. Refrigerate 3 hours or more. Garnish with whipped cream and cheese curls. CRUST: Combine first 5 ingredients. Add egg yolks and butter. Press half in bottom of pan and bake. Cool. Put unbaked dough on sides of pan.
