Veggies: Glazed Radishes

List of Ingredients
5-6 small red radishes per person, tops trimmed off leaving 1" green attached
4 oz. butter
½ C dark brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbs. orange juice concentrateRecipe
1. Melt butter in a large skillet and add cleaned and trimmed radishes to the pan.
2. Sauté radishes for about 5-6 minutes or until HOT throughout.
3. Add brown sugar and orange juice concentrate and stir about until the sugar is melted and the radishes are firm but not crunchy. (You get to sample them until the proper texture is reached.)
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
