These critters are almost to cute to eat and real easy to make. You need to slice a few radishes in thin slices. Boil as many eggs as you like. Let the eggs cool. Cut a strip with a sharp knive on either side of the small end of the egg. Now insert a slice of radish into each slit on the egg. Make faces with olive bits and red pepers. You can make mall holes for these with the tip of your knive. When done serve on a plate of beansprouts to make them look like they are sitting in grass or on a sheet of lettuce.
