A great party favorite. This is a great way to make an ordinary taco seasonal. Cut cheese, olives and tomatoes & lettuce ahead of time. Brown a pound of hamburg in a frying pan. Now asemble the taco as usual to your liking. Placing the hamburg first in taco shells from your store. Place cheese, lettuce and tomatoes on top of that. To make the eyes, drop two spoons of sour cream in the middle of each taco about 2 inches apart. Place a half of a green or black olive in the middle of the 2 scoops of sour cream to make it look like eyeballs.
