List of Ingredients
3 cups chopped apples, unpeeled
2 cups raw cranberries
3/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter, melted
Recipe
Combine fruit and white sugar in 8x baking dish. Mix thoroughly to blend and then set aside. Combine oats, brown sugar, pecans and butter. Mix until crumbly and spread evenly over the fruit. Bake at 350¼F for 1 hour or until fruit is fork-tender. Good served with cool whip or vanilla ice cream.
